Portfolio company logo

PFC3 is a lifestyle based on the formula for food freedom that has already successfully helped millions of people around the world empower their relationship with food. Creator of Zive™, a revolution in gut science.

Portfolio company logo

Brand Equity Holdings (“BE”) is a food and beverage brand aggregation and commercialization platform, co-founded by Side View Ventures and Strategy Execution Inc. (SEI). BE acquires controlling stakes in high-potential brands or promising brands that are generating revenue but scale is stalled—where operational improvement, not product demand, is the constraint. It then scales value through a repeatable model leveraging advantaged distribution, retail velocity optimization, trade architecture, disciplined working capital, and a proven go-to-market engine.

Portfolio company logo

Strategy & Execution, Inc. (SEI) is a profitable, global food and beverage platform that develops, launches, and scales brands end-to-end across product, sales, operations, and management. SEI generates $3.5M+ in revenue, with additional upside from equity positions and long-term commission contracts. The team brings decades of category leadership, beginning with Red Bull, and has delivered multiple industry “home runs,” including Black Rifle Coffee RTD, Einstein Bars, Waiākea Water, and Stella Blue (Barstool’s coffee brand).

Portfolio company logo

Lost and Found Energy, one of the hottest TikTok-led breakout brands in 2025 with $3M+ in product sales. SEI will be taking the brand nationally largely throughout the convenience store and big box retail channels. Lost and Found management will play a larger TikTok marketing and sales role across Brand Equity and the broader roll-up platform.

Portfolio company logo

Brand Ventures, LLC is an equity-holding platform formed to capture long-term value from food and beverage brands built and scaled by Strategy Execution, Inc. (SEI) in partnership with Side View Ventures (SVV). Historically, SEI generated revenue through retainers and sales commissions. With SVV joining as a strategic partner, SEI evolved its model to systematically take equity positions in the companies it helps build. Brand Ventures was created to house and manage these ownership stakes.

Equity participation varies by level of involvement—ranging from smaller positions earned through sales and market access, to larger founder-aligned equity stakes driven by deep operational execution across product development, manufacturing, and go-to-market strategy.

SEI’s five most recent brand launches and scale-ups, widely regarded as “home runs,” demonstrate the scale of value creation—which could have resulted in tens of millions had equity been secured. Brand Ventures has no immediate need for outside capital and investors benefit from all equity and upside deals from client and partner companies.

Portfolio company logo

Big Brand Ventures (BBV) is a brand growth and strategic investment platform that is majority owned by the Harrington family.  BBV partners with entrepreneurs and management teams to scale consumer businesses through proven marketing, sales, and brand-building strategies.  SVV and BVV share equity in each other’s businesses.

Backed by an existing portfolio and a team that includes Emmy® Award–winning producers, Fortune 500 leadership experience, BBV brings deep Operational and commercial expertise to every partnership. From brand audits and advertising campaigns to experiential events and strategic equity investments, BBV helps companies accelerate growth and unlock their next stage of scale.
